Performance and characteristics
1. It has an excellent neutralization effect on the fiber containing residual alkali, which can penetrate into the internal of the fiber, and can replace the acetic acid or citric acid in the finishing process;
2. Tasteless, almost no yellowing, can maintain the white degree of bleached fabric;
3. Non-volatile, biodegradable, lower than the COD value of acetic acid, no corrosive effect on processing equipment;
4. Compatible with cations, anions and non-ionic products.
Scope of application
Suitable for continuous or discontinuous neutralization process.
Method of use
1. The dosage of ty-206 is 25% less than that of conventional volatile acid;
2. When the neutralization requires a PH of 6, the dosage of ty-206 is about 56% of acetic acid and 110% of citric acid dosage.
The specific process should be adjusted according to the sample.
