Physical and chemical properties

Product features
1. Without formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, the effect is the same with traditional formaldehyde resin fixing agent, which can significantly improve the fastness to washing and wet treatment of direct dyes and reactive dyes.
2. No ammonia flavor is released under the influence of high temperature and/or PH value, and the heating does not decompose, so it is a suitable post-treatment fixing agent for bobbin yarn dyeing and other high temperature dyeing.
3. It is also very effective at low temperature. Can be used under 40 ℃, still has the very good resistance to wash fastness and wet fastness, in the drying process can prevent the dye migration.
4. It is also suitable for solid color treatment of VAT dyes, sulfur dyes and indigo dyes.
application
I. immersion method:
1. Rinse the fabric, and remove the floating color and residual dye for the fabric with direct dyestuff (if necessary, it can be used for soap washing); For fabric dyed with reactive dyes, residual salt, alkali and water-soluble dyes are removed.
2, about 25 ℃ water to add 3 ~ 6% (O.W.F.) no aldehyde fixing agent NJF, without PH regulator to adjust the dye bath acidity, circulation dye bath and heating up to 50 ℃, 20 min under the condition of the processing.
Ii. Continuous method:
1, the dye bath temperature is 25 ℃, does not need to adjust PH value, excess acetic acid wet fastness and washing fastness of fabric is bad. 2. The concentration of solution in the bath is 30 ~ 60g/L.
Storage, packing and transportation.
