Performance and characteristics
1. With strong oxidizing ability, it can completely decompose PVA and PA chemical slurry;
2. Excellent penetration and emulsification dispersibility, excellent removal, cleaning and dispersing effect of slurry, preventing the reattachment of slurry.
Scope of application
It is suitable for rolling dyeing, overflow or continuous long car desizing process for PVA, CMC, PA, etc., especially for roller dyeing machine.
Method of use
Depending on the fabric density, the dosage is different, but the general standard usage is as follows:
1. Roll dyeing machine: desizing agent.
2-3 g/L liquid alkali 2-3 g/(100 ℃, 60 min)
2, liquid flow dyeing machine: 1-2 g/L liquid alkali desizing agent 2-3 g/L (130 ℃, 45 min)
3, continuous cooking bleaching machine: 4-5 g/L liquid alkali desizing agent 3-4 g/L (110 ℃, 3-5 min)
The specific process should be adjusted after the sample.
Storage. Package transportation.
Storage: room temperature can be stored for 12 months.
Packing :125kg plastic inner plastic drum.
Transport: transport by non-dangerous goods.
