Appearance: colorless to yellowish-yellow transparent liquid content (%) : greater or greater than 27.0 ionic: Yin/non.
PH value (1% aqueous solution) : 2.0-4.0 solubility: soluble in water.
Performance and characteristics
1. It has strong oxidizing ability, which can completely oxidize the chemical slurry of PVA and PA;
2. Excellent penetration and emulsification dispersibility, excellent removal, cleaning and dispersing effect of slurry, preventing the reattachment of slurry.
Scope of application
It is suitable for rolling dyeing, overflow or continuous long car desizing process for PVA, CMC and PA.
Method of use
Depending on the fabric density, the dosage is different, but the general standard usage is as follows:
1, jigger: oxidation desizing agent 2-3 g/L liquid alkali 2-3 g/L (100 ℃, 60 min)
2, flow dyeing machine: oxidation desizing agent 1-2 g/L liquid alkali 2-3 g/L (100 ℃, 30 min)
3, continuous cooking bleaching machine: oxidation desizing agent 4 to 8 g/L liquid alkali 3-4 g/L (98-102 ℃)
The specific process should be adjusted after the sample.

Storage: room temperature can be stored for 12 months.
