Acidic levelling agent is a kind of special structure of anionic surfactants, with excellent retarding and dye migration effect, avoid organization structure difference caused by the fiber itself streak and finalize the design, suitable for nylon, wool fabric dyeing acid dyes.
Physical and chemical properties
Appearance: dark yellow transparent liquid.
Ionic: anion.
PH value: 6 ~ 8 (5% aqueous solution)
Solubility: soluble in water.
Method of use
The dosage is different depending on the dye concentration, dyeing method and dyeing fabric, and the general dosage is as follows:
Acid dye X% (O.W.F.)
Acid dye levelling agent 1 ~ 3% (O.W.F.)
Ammonium sulphate 3% (O.W.F.) (or glacial acetic acid) regulates pH value: 3.5 ~ 4.0.
Solution ratio 1:10 ~ 20.
Temperature and time of 95 ~ 100 ℃ x 60 min
Storage, packing and transportation.
1. Storage: sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of not less than 6 months.
2. Packing: packed in plastic drum, net weight of 125kg/ pail.
3. Transportation: this product is transported by non-dangerous goods, and attention is paid to light loading and unloading.
