Method of use
Application formula: 350-450g/L hard stabilizer 40-60g/L phosphate (85%) 15-20g/L.
Process: liquor to soak a rolling (or two dip two rolling, rolling rate of more than 70-80%) - pre bake (105 ℃) - baking (165-165 ℃ * 2-3 min) to alkaline cleaning, washing and drying
Pay attention to
1. The baking temperature too low or too short will directly affect the flame retardant and washable.
2. The amount of phosphoric acid used in the general assembly will affect the strength of the fabric, and the use of too small will affect the flame retardancy and washing resistance, and should be strictly controlled. Due to the effect of flame retardant on the strength of the fabric, it is necessary to confirm the strength of the fabric in advance.
3, fabric should be timely after baking soda-wash 40 ℃ (20 g/L sodium carbonate: * * 20 min), washed to neutral, lest affect the fabric strength and flame retardant effect.
